Privacy Policy

1. Scope

Dial Dozer provides call-center, customer relationship, scheduling, communication, reporting, and collaboration tools for organizations. This policy applies when you visit our public website, create or use a Dial Dozer account, contact us, or authorize an integration.

Your organization controls the business records its users place in Dial Dozer. If you use Dial Dozer through an employer or another organization, that organization may have its own privacy obligations and policies.

2. Information we collect

Account and organization information

We collect identifiers and account details such as name, work email, username, organization, role, authentication records, preferences, and support communications.

Business and service data

Depending on the features your organization uses, Dial Dozer may process leads and contacts, call activity, appointments, tasks, messages, recordings, transcripts, disposition data, performance metrics, billing records, and configuration data.

Device and usage information

We collect limited technical information needed to secure and operate the service, such as IP address, browser and device type, timestamps, request and error logs, and security events.

Public-site analytics

With your permission, our public site uses Google Analytics 4 through Google Tag Manager to measure page views, scrolling, outbound clicks, referral sources, approximate location, and browser or device characteristics. We use this information to understand traffic and improve the site. We do not intentionally send names, email addresses, lead records, call data, or other customer content to Google Analytics.

Analytics storage is denied by default. You can allow or reject analytics through the on-site privacy choices and change that choice later. Google may receive limited cookieless measurement signals while consent is denied. Learn more in Google's Privacy Policy and opt out across sites with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on. We do not sell analytics information.

3. Google Calendar data

When you choose Connect Google Calendar, Dial Dozer uses Google OAuth and requests only these permissions:

• identify the Google account you selected using basic OpenID and email information;
• read calendar information needed to determine your availability through calendar.readonly; and
• create, update, and delete calendar events used to synchronize Dial Dozer appointments assigned to you through calendar.events.

The connection belongs to your individual Dial Dozer login. Other users do not receive access to your Google account through your connection.

How Google data is used

We use Google Calendar data only to provide and support the user-facing calendar synchronization and availability features you authorize. We do not use Google Calendar data for targeted advertising, credit decisions, surveillance, or training generalized artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models.

Google API Services User Data Policy

Dial Dozer's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

OAuth credentials

We store the Google account email, access token, refresh token when Google supplies one, granted scopes, token expiry, selected calendar configuration, and synchronization metadata. Tokens are server-side credentials and are not exposed to other Dial Dozer users.

4. How we use information

• provide, personalize, maintain, and secure Dial Dozer;
• authenticate users and enforce organization permissions;
• place and track communications requested by authorized users;
• synchronize appointments and determine availability;
• process billing and maintain transaction records;
• diagnose errors, prevent abuse, and improve reliability;
• respond to support, legal, and security requests; and
• comply with applicable law and enforce our terms.

Where required, our legal basis may include performing a contract, legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, consent, and compliance with legal obligations.

5. Sharing and service providers

We disclose information only as needed to operate the service, follow your organization's instructions, complete a transaction, protect rights and safety, or comply with law. Providers may include hosting and infrastructure, telecommunications, payment processing, email delivery, monitoring, and customer-support vendors. They may process data only for the services they provide to us and under contractual safeguards.

We may disclose information in a business transaction such as a merger or acquisition, subject to appropriate confidentiality and notice. We do not sell personal information or Google user data.

6. Retention, disconnection, and deletion

We retain account and business data while an account is active and as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, contractual requirements, security, dispute resolution, backups, and legal obligations. Retention periods vary by data type and customer configuration.

You can disconnect Google Calendar from your personal integration settings. Disconnecting revokes the Dial Dozer connection and removes stored Google OAuth tokens from active use. It does not automatically delete calendar events already written to Google Calendar or appointment records required in Dial Dozer.

You may also revoke Dial Dozer in your Google Account connections. To request account or personal-data deletion, contact privacy@dialdozer.com. We will verify the request and respond subject to applicable law and the rights of the organization controlling the account.

7. Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information, including role-based access controls, encrypted transport, restricted production credentials, logging, backups, and security review. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your choices and rights

You can update many account details in Dial Dozer, choose whether to connect Google Calendar, disconnect integrations, and control certain browser settings. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or obtain a copy of personal information. Send requests to privacy@dialdozer.com.

If your account is managed by an organization, we may direct your request to that organization as the controller of the relevant business data.

9. International processing

Dial Dozer and its providers may process information in countries other than yours. Where required, we use appropriate contractual and organizational safeguards for international transfers.

10. Children

Dial Dozer is a business service and is not directed to children under 13 or the higher minimum age required in a jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the service.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our service or legal obligations change. We will post the revised policy here, update the effective date, and provide additional notice when required.
